This cake is truly the taste of Lynchburg, Tennessee. The recipe is from Lynchburg legend Jimmy Bedford. Jimmy worked at the Jack Daniel Distillery for over 40 years. The last 20 years before retiring he served in the most important position, Master Distiller.

It's completely safe to say that Jimmy knew a few things about recipes! In the last year of his life Jimmy shared this most secret family recipe with us. We did not know Jimmy would soon be leaving us. Now, we are more than honored to share a small part of his legacy with you. Enjoy this Moonshine Fudge Cake. We are so fortunate to have known Jimmy.
